Our return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. Its good to note that we don’t offer refund but credit purchase on your next purchase or exchange with an item from our shop.
Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all the accessories intact.

Return reasons include: Wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete/missing, or wrong-size.

Personal items such as Toothbrush, Toothpaste Holders, inflatable beds etc.

Some health and personal care items.

Items damaged by customers.
Return Process

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Same applies to appliances returned for Warranty. Ensure all seals, accessories are intact, packaging and condition of the product is as it when purchasing.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer us on +254702655321 immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jmcollection, Maximum Business Center, Nairobi Kenya.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
